All orders for accessories are charged at £10.00 + VAT. All orders for crates, gates, dividers & barriers are charged at £29.99 + VAT . All orders for pre-assembled crates are charged at £100.00 + VAT. (UK Mainland cost. Other locations cost may vary)

Deliveries to the Highlands or Islands of Scotland, Northern Ireland, Isles of Scilly, Isle of Man or the Channel Islands additional postage charges may apply so please contact us before placing your order.

Any deliveries to non-UK countries will be arranged on an individual consignment basis.

*There is a heavyweight surcharge that will apply to all orders over 50kg. A charge of 0.30pence per kilo will be applied to the whole consignment.

Next day delivery only applies to items in stock and to UK Mainland addresses. Orders must be received by 2pm, orders after this time will be despatched on the following day. Some highland postcodes and rural routes are only available as a two-day service.

We will inform you by e-mail or telephone at least 48 hours prior to the dispatch of our expected delivery date. We regret that we are unable to specify exact delivery times within that date. All deliveries must be signed for and you should keep your receipt. If goods are showing signs of damage in transit please refuse to accept the delivery on receipt.
